I put this list together to help keep me on track with my challenge to lose some weight, and re-establish good habits that I will continue after I lose my target weight.


  • Stretch/Abs of Steel
  • Green tea
  • Breakfast (by 9am)
  • Walk (60 min)
  • Healthy snack
  • Healthy snack
  • Dinner (by 8pm)
  • Water (min 64 oz)
  • PT exercises
  • Class - yoga, piyo, etc
  • Cardio - rower, swim, etc
  • Meditate
  • Sleep (8 hrs)
